1-Quantity:
Minimum order is 20 t-shirts, when it comes to one-colour overprints and 50 in case of multicoloured ones. We don't print single t-shirts!

2-Preparation of the project: To start our work we need to get the project through e-mail or FTP. In special cases we accept projects on CDrs - please ensure you send 2 copies (in case one gets damaged or there are problems with opening it).

It's best if the project is prepared in actual dimenisons which you want on the t-shirt (if it's a pixel version / bitmap). If your project's done in vector graphics (curves) - please specify the exact dimensions of overprint.

More details in the HOW TO PREPARE A PROJECT section.

Along with the project please always specify the arrangement of overprint on the t-shirt, it will help us avoid misunderstandings and make work easier.

EXAMPLE:
- length of the design 40 cm (upper edge of overprint - 11 cm, counting from the top of the welt)
- width 26 cm

Maximum size of overprint we can offer at this point is - 29 cm width and 40 cm length.

3-Production process:
Graphical processing of the project.
Every project has to be adjusted to specifics of silk screen printing, hence every image we recieve has to be proessed by our graphic designer. Scale of interference with the project depends on the number of colours used. Multicolour projets require greater amounts of work, since we have to separate all the colours into separate matrices. Such procedures do not modify the project, only adjust it to the requirements of manufacturing process.

Preparation of a screen, printing
A screen is a mesh carrying the stencil stretched over a frame of aluminum and preserved with photo emulsion. During the printing process, ink is distributed through the pores with a squeegee (rubber blade) straight into the fabric. If the design consists of more than one colour, then a separate screens are required for each of them. A prepared screen is mounted on a rotary printing machine. The large format machine we are vested with has 6 arms, making it possible to print with up to 6 screens. The small format (A5) machines have 8 arms. Proper mounting of the screens and matching colours are crucial elements of the process.

For each screen used there is an additional fee (more details in price list). The fee does not indicate ownership of the screen, only leasing it for the printing process. Upon completing the process the screens are cleaned and used for further orders. We can't store exposed screens!

Thermal processing
Every overprint made with plastisol ink has to be preserved thermally to gain durability. In order to achieve that every printed t-shrit goes through a tunnel of hot air. Under careful supervision of a specialist, ink penetrates the structure of the fabric becoming unity. From now on, only death can do them apart!*

*only products ordered from Us!!

ATTENTION! We also offer printing with special kinds of ink (puff, gloss...)

EXPANDING INK (PUFF):
- 3D effect (convex overprint, sharp edges)
- foam effect (convex overprint, smooth edges)

GLOSSY:
- metallic (golden, silver, brocade)
- fluorescent
